Set in an acre of land (2,102.40 square metres), overlooking the sea and the marina and surrounded by fir trees and shrubs; almond, olive and fruit trees and abundant rosemary bushes and flowers. It is ten minutes walk to the village and to the beautifully clean beaches all around the island. You can stroll through the olive groves and wild flowers to reach the clear blue sea.
